Street scenes from Edinburgh (U.K.) 2008 International Festival. When it rained you didn't notice, when it didn't, more people, more artists came out in to the streets to play.
The bongo band added to the tropical warmth and sunshine.

It's my first experience and it was a super one! The Festival is throughout most of August. We caught the last week. There were interesting Fringe shows, over 2000 to choose from, that makes it easy doesn't it(not) as well as mainstream theatre things.
I would certainly go again, it was well worth it and such fun. Edinburgh was alive. The city has presence, however, this festival was an added extra.
